HYDRATION (For Glowing skin)-
Our body is made up of 70 % water. You should aim to drink at least 2 litres of water every day. It does not only increase the blood circulation in the body but also cleanses the body by removing free radicals and flushes out impurities. Water is the best detoxing drink available. In order to hydrate your skin, you must first hydrate your body. Try to increase the intake of water as it improves the function of your organs and organ health is significant for glowing skin.
TURMERIC (Haldi) -ALOE VERA SCRUB -(Pack For Glowing Skin)
